These are the three pillars I stand on and am here to tell you that YOU are in control. Throughout my journey through 8 years in law enforcement and beyond, I discuss a time where I felt out of control. In fact, my biggest regret in law enforcement was losing myself in order to please others. It was the dangling carrot that would never be caught.
My story validates many others who have experienced the same, provides motivation to take back your control, and provides education on nutrition, fitness, mindset, leadership, sleep, self-care, and time management so you can THRIVE in your life and career.
I take my experiences from being a lifetime athlete and former NCAA Division I gymnast, education from my Master’s in Criminal Justice Degree, and experience working inside the criminal justice system and law enforcement, along with education and experience with nutrition coaching, fitness programming, and leadership to empower women leaders to take radical responsibility of their lives.
